Refund Policy

At CALI4NIA DRMN, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you received is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect due to our error

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at califourniadrmn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at califourniadrmn@gmail.com. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Worn or washed clothing
Custom or made-to-order items
Sale or discounted merchandise

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping on any approved returns, unless the return is due to our error.
